Think there is an NFT that you own but it is not showing in your wallet in the Sweet Mobile app? A quick refresh of your wallet using Validate Purchases can sometimes resolve that issue. It's quick and easy to do following these simple instructions:
Validating Purchases in Mobile App.
1. Tap the menu in the top left corner of the app
2. Tap Validate Purchases.
3. Process will run and validate the mobile wallet with our records.
Note: If you still do not see an NFT you purchased, reach out to Support and we can research that on your behalf.
