The auctions will begin at 06:00 GMT on June 30th and end at 23:59 GMT on July 4th. That’s 1:00am EDT on June 30th, ending July 4th at 6:59pm EDT.

NFTs may be purchased using credit card or cryptocurrency.

If you win the auction for the race suit, you'll get a special 1/1 Imola race suit NFT, as well as a physical race suit worn by Checo during the Imola 2022 race weekend, signed & framed. Additionally, the winner of this auction will receive a bonus 1/1 NFT and a surprise video message from Checo himself.

If you win the auction for the race gloves, you'll get a special 1/1 race gloves NFT, as well as a pair of physical race gloves worn by Checo during the 2021 season, signed & framed.

Delivery of the physical signed race suit or race gloves are the responsibility of Red Bull Racing Limited (“Red Bull”). The physical signed race suit or race gloves will be delivered by DHL or equivalent national or international delivery service, to the address provided by the winning bidder. Red Bull accepts no responsibility or liability in for any delays, damages or other issues with delivery. The maximum delivery term shall be no longer than 60 days from the end of the Auction. Any delay in relation to delivery of the rewards shall be communicated to the reward recipient(s).

The NFTs will be minted on the Tezos blockchain.

Only the first purchase holder of these NFTs will be entitled to receive the physical race suit or race gloves. If these NFTs have been listed for resale on Sweet or elsewhere on the secondary market, there are no physical race suit or race gloves that can be redeemed with the NFTs. The utility the NFTs give does not transfer with secondary market sales.

In no event shall Red Bull be responsible or liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms arising out of or caused by, directly or indirectly, circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, work stoppages, accidents, or acts of God, and interruptions, loss or malfunctions of utilities, communications or computer (software or hardware) services, when these circumstances constitute a force majeure as defined under applicable local law.

To the fullest extent permissible by law, no conditions, warranties or other terms apply to the physical signed race suit or the physical signed race gloves, which will each be delivered "as is" and without warranty of any kind, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of satisfactory quality or fitness for a particular purpose).
