The Basics
What are Digital Collectibles?
A digital collectible is like a physical collectible but in digital format. Like a physical collectible, a digital collectible is distinguished and unique.
Only a limited number of each digital item will ever be sold, and only one owner can possess a version.
To ensure each digital collectible’s unique authenticity, blockchain technology is used to demonstrate rights ownership and authenticity. This is like receiving a "certificate of authenticity" with unique physical merchandise like a signed baseball card.
Even though these collectibles are secured by the blockchain, you don't need to use or know anything about crypto! Every item can be bought with a credit card and is sold based on your local currency tied to a U.S. dollar price.
Why Should I Buy These?
Collect and earn rewards! For the 2022 Fall Season, collectors can earn VIP experiences at home Football games, "Chalk Talk" with Clemson coaches, Athlete interactions, and even tickets to a Bowl Game!
New drops will launch every THURSDAY at NOON ET during the school year.
When you buy digital collectibles, you can display and share them as you want (enjoy the bragging rights!). Your Clemson collectibles can be traded as well. The more sets you collect, you increase your chance of receiving a one-of-a-kind reward at the end of each campaign. See below for details.

Tues, Nov 15th at Noon ET based on Sun, Nov 13th at Midnight ET
Tues., Dec 6th at Noon ET based on Sun, Dec 4th at Midnight ET - Bowl Tickets Awarded
How do I Secure a Reward?
Each Sunday before a Tuesday reward announcement, users are ranked by the number of points they are assigned based on the assets they hold in their wallets as of Midnight ET.
Rewards are awarded via a random algorithm whereby the more points you have, the greater your chances. Note that you are not guaranteed a reward even if you have the highest points, but it improves your chances. The likelihood of an award depends on the total number of points from all collectors.
To be eligible for post-season Bowl Tickets awarded on Dec. 6th, in addition to total points, only users that have collected ALL 12 of the regular season Football souvenir tickets will be eligible.
To claim your reward, you must have an email address and phone number in your account. We will contact you for redemption, and you must claim within 24 hours, or the following user will have the right to claim the reward.
What are Points, and how do I Earn them?
Points are calculated on the price paid for each collectible in the initial sale or purchased from another user rounded to the nearest tens digit.
For example, if you purchase an item for 19.99, you will earn 1,990 points. If you bought an item from a Seller for $23.43, you would earn 2,340 points.
What are Bonus Points?
There are two kinds of bonus points:
1. Any Collectible bought within 24 hours of a drop, and held by that user as of the Sunday before a reward date, will receive a 50%+ bonus Tiger points. For example, if you bought a 19.99 item by Friday Noon ET after a drop, you would receive 1,990 base points + 1,000 Tiger points.
2. Any Collectible based on away games or select sports will be eligible for a 20%+ bonus in All In Fan points. Select sports for Fall 2022 are Women's soccer and Women's Volleyball
Bonus points can be stacked. For example, if you bought a women's soccer jersey within 24 hours of a drop for $19.99, you would receive 1,990 base points + 1,000 Tiger points + 400 All In Fan points, for a total of 3,390 points.
General FAQ
How are digital collectibles different from physical collectibles?
Physical and digital collectibles have many similar traits, such as strong fan affinity and pride of ownership (otherwise known as "bragging rights" as you show off your collections).
However, digital collectibles have many advantages over physical collectibles. The advantages of digital collectibles over physical collectibles include:
Prevention of Counterfeits - A digital collectible's authenticity is more reliable and easier to manage. It is tied to a Non-fungible Token (NFT), the digital equivalent of a certificate of authenticity, and solves many issues around fraud that can occur in the physical world.
Better Storage and Shipping - A digital collectible is easier to store and ship without wear and tear that can occur with physical collectibles.
Better Sharing - A digital collectible has vastly better sharing options if you want to show your collectible or collection to friends, family, or the public. You can do so over text, email, or a public showcase. You can also present your digital collectible online or in an offline frame that has storage and display capability.
A fan or user can have the same thrill, affinity, and enjoyment from owning a digital collectible as owning a physical one, plus all the conveniences of better authenticity, shipping, storage, and sharing.
I've heard of NFTs. Are they related to Bitcoin?
NFTs are similar to Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies only because they use the blockchain to prove ownership.
A Non-fungible Token (NFT) is a type of cryptographic token representing something unique.
Non-fungible tokens are not mutually interchangeable and can't be divided into smaller parts. NFTs can therefore be used as unique digital collectibles. Each NFT has its own unique "immutable data," such as total inventory, artwork, audio files, and other information which can never be changed.
By contrast, Fungible Tokens like Bitcoin or cryptocurrencies are very different. Like money, it is divisible into any number of smaller units, and it does not matter which unit you own. Each unit is uniform and interchangeable with any other. This makes fungible tokens useful as a currency.
I don't want to be involved in Crypto. Can I still participate?
Absolutely. Our marketplace platform enables you to buy and trade using only a credit card. You are not required to go through the difficult steps of creating a wallet, buying crypto, then buying an NFT. A default wallet that stores and protects your collectibles is automatically created for you when you sign up.
When you buy, hold, or trade your collectibles, they are all represented in your local currency. No need to worry about any changing prices related to the crypto markets.
That said, for collectors who WANT to buy with crypto and connect a wallet, that is an option. But it is not required to participate.
What is the value of my digital collectible?
A digital collectible's value is personal, based on your connection with the item you are collecting and how it complements all your other collectibles, both digital and physical.
One person might love to have a digital collectible from a team or athlete and have a connection, while someone else might not have the same connection and see no reason to get it, just like collectibles in the physical world!
You should collect, purchase or trade for a digital collectible for your personal use and enjoyment, and to potentially earn rewards. You should not purchase a digital collectible with the expectation of making any profit from selling, as there is no guarantee that you will be able to find a buyer for it. Even if you can find a buyer, you may not be able to get the same or higher value you paid for it.
Legacy League, Clemson Athletics, and Sweet, nor any of the athletes represented in a digital collectible, are undertaking any obligation to support or encourage any price appreciation of any digital collectible.
Can I trade or sell my digital collectible?
Yes! Digital collectibles, by their very nature, are intended to be used, displayed, and enjoyed. You own the digital collectible. If you want to give it away, gift it, or sell it for whatever reason, you can.
Exchanging digital collectibles is a great way to engage with others who have the same connection with your teams and athletes.
To sell a collectible you own, open the details view of your collectible and select the "Sell on Sweet" button.
To trade a collectible you own, you select the "Trade on Sweet" button. From there, you can request a trade with other users.
Each trade request remains open for 24 hours and will expire if no owners accept the trade.
Does the holder of a Digital Collectible "own" the artwork or media files?
No. The holder owns a copy of the original artwork or media. Just as if you were to buy a physical trading card, you own that copy, but don't own the copyrights of the team or an athlete to use however you wish.
Along with rights information, we also include a copyright notice with our NFTs, and this information, along with the terms and conditions, is verifiable through the blockchain record.
Legacy League and Clemson retain the copyrights, but NFT owners can still display their collectibles however they wish.
How are my Collectibles Stored?
Legacy League has partnered with Sweet to make it as easy for anyone to collect the Clemson collectibles without the need to go through lots of technical steps.
When you sign up, you will automatically be assigned a unique wallet to hold all of your purchases. You will always have the option to transfer your collectibles out of Sweet should you have your own blockchain wallet now or in the future.
Where will my NFT go after I buy it?
Your NFT will be housed in your digital wallet available by logging into your Sweet account.
How can I transfer collectibles to my own blockchain wallet?
Please follow instructions in the Sweet app or website to submit your information to be eligible to transfer collectibles outside of the platform to your own blockchain wallet.
Keep in mind that if you move your Collectibles off the Sweet platform, those collectibles are no longer eligible to receive rewards.
What forms of payment do you accept?
NFTs may be purchased using credit card or cryptocurrency.
Do I need cryptocurrency to buy these NFTs?
No, payment may be made by credit card or cryptocurrency.
I already have a Sweet account, do I need to create a new account?
