- Screenshots if possible

- Your device type (i.e., iPhone 6s)

Follow these steps to report a bug:

1. Tap on the Sweet Pop help bubble.

2. Start a conversation by clicking on Send us a Message.

3. Select Talk to Sweet.

4. Click on Report a bug.

5. Then, follow the next prompts and provide as many details as you can.
