Delete a Sweet account

Duplicate, dormant, or inactive accounts can be deleted following these simple instructions.

Account deletion should be reserved for those who are absolutely sure that they are no longer interested in using their Sweet account.

Before you begin the deletion process, be sure that you have transferred all of your NFTs off of your Sweet account. Account deletion will empty your wallet and permanently remove all of its tokens. If you would like to transfer your NFTs to another wallet, follow these steps here:

There are two ways to delete your account

DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT FROM THE MOBILE APP

1. Open your Sweet mobile app, then click your profile picture

2. Select Profile.


3. Click on Delete Your Account.

4. Select YES, DELETE.

5. Complete the next prompts.

DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT ON THE WEB PLATFORM

1. Log in to your Sweet account at https://sweet.io/


2. Go to your profile by tapping on My Profile.

3. Then, select Edit Profile.

4. Tap on the Delete My Account link at the bottom of the screen.

5. Type confirm that you would like to delete your account y typing "DELETE" in the text field and tapping Yes, I'm Sure.

5. Complete the next prompts.
